Fifth Element jazz improv night returns to St Leonards Concerts as part of our 5 year Anniversary concert weekend!
This time it features British-Nigerian percussion master Richard Olatunde-Baker, alongside Arabic Oud and guitar virtuoso Frank Moon, afro-beat legendary bass player James Davison, and one other special guest to be announced.
With St Leonards concerts host Max Baillie these 5 musicians present music composed by each of the band members, woven together with improvised music drawing on the eclectic backgrounds of the performers– from Nigerian and Arabic, to Ethio-jazz and beyond, this is a night at which creative sparks fly.
